Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, service reports, and equipment histories
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate timely maintenance services
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary
Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, reports, and compliance documentation
Track and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
Support the team with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and invoice processing
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a maintenance or facilities environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in administration or facilities management are advantageous * Must have Pluming experience.
