Candidate Requirements:
- Tertiary education in hospitality / conservation is beneficial
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, with a focus on guest service and lodge operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
- This is a live out role - so the candidate must reside in Hoedspruit/be willing to move
- Flexibility to take on additional roles as required.
- Menu creation and occasional home-style cooking
- Front of House Duties
- Reservations
- Staff Management
- Bookkeeping
- F&B management
