Legal Debt Collection Agent
Job Description
Call Centre Collection Agent is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate and secure payment arrangements in line with company policies, client mandates and legal requirements.
The role requires professionalism, persistence, empathy, and compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA) and POPIA regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- 1-2 Years legal collection experience.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional South Africa language.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Experience with Excalibur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7500,00 - R9000,00 per month
