Job Summary Job Opportunity: Legal Debt Collection Agent Employer: Tshiqi Zebediela Inc. Location: Gauteng Employment Type: Contract Tshiqi Zebediela Inc. is looking for motivated and experienced Legal Debt Collection Agents to join our professional debt recovery team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in finance, legal compliance, or complex debt collection to grow within a reputable legal firm. Key Responsibilities: o Conduct late-stage debt collection in line with company policies and applicable legal frameworks. o Engage professionally with debtors via phone, email, and other approved communication channels. o Negotiate and manage repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with company policies. o Support enforcement actions and manage cases through to finalisation. o Handle complex matters such as liquidations, deceased estates, business rescue, and insolvent debt collection. o Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation. o Achieve daily and weekly collection KPIs. o Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times. Requirements o Qualification: NQF Level 6 in Finance or Credit Control, Diploma in Paralegal Studies, or Diploma in Law. o Experience: 2-3 years in debt collection, credit control, or a legal environment. o Strong knowledge of liquidation, deceased estates, business rescue, and insolvency processes. o Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and under pressure.
