  • Design and manage the business Learning curriculum (Catalogue)
  • Design, develop and implement courseware (Blended approach)
  • Enable and Manage learning for employee
  • Manage the Return on Investment on Learning
  • General HR Processes
  • Project Management principles and methodology
  • Learning and Researching
  • Training strategies and methodologies
  • Advanced computer skills (Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, E-Learning/Micro-learning related software and e-Learning techniques)
  • Adapting and Responding to Change
  • Manage delivery of training interventions through eLearning, classroom training and the facilitation of online webinars.
  • Manage employees to have access to relevant training material/supporting documents (eLearning and Paper based)
  • Continuous improvement on current learning offering
  • Effective self-management and teamwork
Grade 12

NQF 6 (3 to 4 years) in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related tertiary qualification (essential)

Minimum 2-3 years in a learning and development environment with specific experience in training, systems, facilitation and course content design, project management, learning systems/e-Learning; Experience in content and question writing and design
