Lead Generation Specialist - Cape TownAlldigital Marketing is expanding its UK operation as a leading integrator of Marketing Automation solutions. The company is looking for a dynamic, resourceful and ambitious lead generation and sales specialist to drive the business forward.The successful candidate needs to be self-managed, able to work remotely on a contract basis and be aligned to our mission and values. To ensure companies see a fast return on investment, integration includes systemisation of sales and marketing processes.The RoleTo provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet expansion plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.The work will be fully remoteResponsibilities & duties:Research, track, maintain and update leads on Alldigital Marketing Lead Gen platformMake outgoing calls to develop new businessContact prospects to qualify leadsDirect email marketing to key clients and prospectsResearch and maintain lead generation databaseConduct customer researchConduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leadsParticipate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentationsProvide accurate and timely information to managementDevelop a strong knowledge of the companyxe2x80x99s Digital Marketing and Marketing automation services in order to facilitate the sales processSkills / attributes required:Excellent English communication (verbal and written)Experience with cold callingExperience with research and maintaining databasesProficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and familiar with the Google SuiteExperience in using a CRMStrong project and time management skillsExperience working with Western companies (preferred)Qualifications / experience required:Formal English and Maths qualificationsTrack record / experience in Sales or Business DevelopmentGood understanding of sales techniquesThe PersonYou need to be incredibly hard-working, self-motivated with a desire to succeed at every opportunity. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. In addition, you are:A team player continuously looking to work together with others and optimise team outcomesA completer finisher.
