Metrowatt focuses on providing simple, reliable & cost-effective Solar solutions to the residential & small business market.

We offer customers the ability to rent or own solar solutions. This includes installing, maintaining, and monitoring the solar system on a customer's premise at a fixed monthly rate.

Your Role

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and very experienced lead generation specialist.

The specifics of this role include 20% brand management and advertising and 80% lead generation in the B2C space.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to take full accountability for lead gen targets to feed to the sales team.

Capable of driving transactional sales from within e-commerce portals and retail outlets in order to meet/exceed the marketing functions' revenue targets.

Nurture Marketing Qualified Leads to transaction readiness in order to allocate Sales Qualified Leads to the sales function for large, complex opportunities that require consultation.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel marketing execution to drive lead volume and exceed company targets of 320 Marketing Qualified Leads per week
• Meet/Exceed lead quality targets of minimum of 50% Marketing Qualified Lead conversion to Sales Qualified Lead
• Achieve 25% close rate on all leads generated
• Manage service providers and media owners to deliver e.g. top of page Google Search
• Exceed revenue targets through e-commerce and retail
• Deep analysis of spend vs performance
• Achieve a ROAS of 5+

Qualifications

• At least 10 years marketing and lead generation experience
• Deep knowledge of the technical aspects of renewable energy and power production
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise workflows
