Role: Lead / Demand Generation Manager - Customer Experience/ Customer insights focussing on US based companies. Strategising and implementing outbound campaigns, coaching the business development / lead generation team, targeting qualified leads to fill the pipeline, speeding up the sales cycle and increasing brand awareness will all form part of the overall purpose of this role.

Location: Johannesburg North. Hybrid role - flexible working hours

Your Role: As a Lead / Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth strategy, focusing on targeting clients in the United States. You will lead and inspire a team of talented lead generators or business generators, setting the standard for excellence in lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demand Generation: Utilize your expertise to convert high-quality leads into meetings.
  • Client Education: Articulate the value of customer insights solutions to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Communication: Craft compelling and engaging emails and messages to capture the attention of prospective clients, nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
  • KPI Management: Set and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds lead generation targets.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to opportunity.
  • Build and execute on lead generation strategies that focus on outbound leads
  • Deliver clear and impactful sales pitches to prospects, effectively communicating the value of our products.
  • Coach, monitor, manage and upskill the Sales Development Representatives (SDRxe2x80x99s) in their cold
calling, emailing campaigns and company pitches in order to better secure appointments. * Assist in onboarding of new recruits and continuous training programs (including live call training, QA, coaching, etc)
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the customer insights, customer experience, or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A passion for customer insights / technology
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a lead generation strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • 3 xe2x80x93 5 years proven experience in lead generation management or SDR management (essential)
  • 2 xe2x80x93 3 years prior SDR experience (essential)
  • A customer-focused mindset within the SaaS (or USA focused) space (essential)
  • Deep understanding of the B2B market
  • Willingness to work around US hours
