Role: Channel Manager Customer Insights / SaaS - US based partners

Location: Johannesburg North - Office Based (flexible hours)

With a rapidly expanding client base in the United States, they are seeking a talented Channel Manager to join their team and drive the growth of our channel partner ecosystem.

Position Overview: As a Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and nurturing potential channel partners. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, monitoring and tracking their performance, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. If you're passionate about driving business growth and have a proven track record in SaaS sales or Customer Insights, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential channel partners in the United States.
  • Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Monitor and track partner performance, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and partner-generated leads.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partner performance.
  • Conduct business reviews with partners to evaluate and improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models.
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry (prior experience selling into Contact Centers is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to work US hours
