Job Description


:This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing the financial management process, managing client invoicing, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements, with a strong focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of expertise in financial reporting, MIS operations, stakeholder management, and business process optimization within a global organization.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS & Financial Management: Oversee the revenue recognition process, budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss management. Ensure smooth and accurate client invoicing while maintaining efficient MIS operations.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Conduct variance analysis, evaluate financial performance, and compare actual results to budgets/forecasts to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Client Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, ensuring adherence to contractual timelines and compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Contract Compliance: Analyze and interpret contract clauses related to financial deliverables and invoicing timelines to ensure that all financial obligations are met.
  • Process Automation & MIS Development: Lead the development and maintenance of MIS processes to optimize reporting automation, improving accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Timely & Efficient Reporting: Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS and financial reports, providing critical insights to support key business decisions.
  • MIS Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the Management Information System to support performance tracking, analysis, and financial decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on financial reporting, invoice accuracy, and forecasting alignment.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all financial reporting, MIS, and invoicing processes comply with organizational policies and external regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven expertise in MIS operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong experience in managing end-to-end knowledge transfer on reporting mechanisms, and supporting service delivery.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Advanced Excel, and MIS software (e.g., dashboard creation, financial analysis).
  • Strong business analytical skills with the ability to lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, MIS development, and client contractual obligations.
  • Experience in handling client invoicing and understanding of contract compliance.
  • Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple financial and MIS processes to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (Accounting & Finance), Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and business support in a global or multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of process automation, financial regulations, and contractual compliance.
