Our client is seeking a Kitchen/Nourishment Assistant to support the kitchen team at a luxury retreat in the Cape Winelands.
Description
You will assist with prep, cleaning, plating, stock rotation, and supporting the kitchen's wellness-driven food philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic prep and cooking tasks
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Support plating and service preparation
- Manage storage and stock rotation
- Uphold retreat standards of quality and hygiene
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years in a kitchen environment
- Passion for food, detail, and learning
- Reliable, hardworking and organised
- Strong teamwork and hygiene awareness
