Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial division
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects to ensure consistent sales growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
Leverage deep chemistry knowledge to provide technical guidance and solutions to customers.
Understand and communicate the technical benefits and applications of industrial to clients
Collaborate with customers to solve technical challenges and recommend appropriate products.
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and availability
Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries and negotiations
Collaborate with suppliers to identify and develop new product to meet market demands.
Monitor market trends and industry development to identify opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in products and services.
Work closely with internal teams, including R&D , marketing and logistics to align on sales objectives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and supplier activities for senior management.
Participate in trade shows, industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network.
Negotiate and establish agreement with new suppliers to diversify and strengthen the product portfolio
Conduct due diligent to assess suppliers' capabilities, quality standards and compliance.
Research and identify potential new suppliers that aligns with business needs and goals
Knowledge, Skills & Education Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in chemistry, chemical Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience in Key Account Management and technical sales
Strong understanding of chemistry principles and ability to apply them in a commercial context.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
5 - 10 experience as a Key Account Manager
Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
