Job Description

KEY PURPOSE OF JOB



The key purpose of the role is to coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure on-time product delivery to customers, while aligning process requirements with business goals and realistic project timelines, and maintaining continuous follow-up and feedback distribution to multiple stakeholders.

KEY TASKS



General:



Assist in managing high profile customer accounts, acting as liaison between the PMO (project management office) and internal stakeholders, building trust and developing relationships Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements serving as a driving force between the business and meeting the customers' needs Verifying compliance between statement of work and project milestone deliverables and following up with the relevant department/s Translate and drive prioritization of customer requirements into service and project requests Promote a customer-first mind set and use it to set realistic target dates Responsible for communication at all phases of a project with accurate record keeping of project artifacts Responsible for attending internal meetings to receive status updates ensuring alignments with customer goals Responsible for distribution of quarterly customer surveys and provide feedback as required Serve as point of contact between PMO and the quality assurance department in the actioning of non-conformances or deviations in product delivery Facilitate communication across departments to remove impediments and obstacles for improvement of product delivery and development cycle time Set and manage expectations of service quality, availability, and timeliness with internal teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE



Qualification:



Bachelor's degree required

Experience & Knowledge:



3 + years of work experience in a project administrative/coordinator or client services capacity Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and account coordination best practices Experience working for a technology or manufacturing company is preferred MS Project working experience will be an advantage Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (Syspro) will be an advantage

Strong understanding of Project Management Processes and Principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and stakeholders Self-starter who is confident, independent and can work without close supervision Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse account performance and generate insights and reports Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders to ensure a successful client experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
