Job Summary
Global Key Account Coodinator will serve as the operational and administrative backbone for the Global Key Accounts and the Commercial team, ensuring seamless execution of internal processes, customer deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to driving commercial excellence customer satisfaction and sustainable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central coordination point for GKA and Commercial team support needs.
Manage internal workflows: new product codes creation, pricing updates, sample requests and tracking, documentation requests.
Supports during preparations of customer presentations, trade show materials, sales reports and dashboards.
Maintains accurate data in CRM and sales systems.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Services) to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Track KPIs and assist in monitoring sales targets.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Champion customer-centric practices to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
