Job Description
Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme is seeking a Key Accounts Consultant for the Pretoria area.
Duties include but not limited to:
Responsible for service delivery to corporate clients and clients based in specific regions.
Service delivery entails the implementation of the Annual Service Plan as agreed with the appointed advisor and management of the corporate client.
In addition to services listed in the service plan, key account consultants are responsible for establishing and managing the relationship with members and strengthen relationships with corporate advisors as representatives of the scheme while focusing on retaining and growing membership.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with Maths
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Customer Service/Business Development
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Key Accounts/Sales/Broker Consultant position or similar
Experience in conducting presentations to audiences both virtually and in-person
