Key Accounts Consultant

Job Description
We are a well-established leader in the Crane Hire, Container Logistics and Transport industries. We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Consultant to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
You will act as the clients' dedicated point of contact. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving any issues raised by the clients, collaborating with the Operations and Accounts teams to find effective solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities to create new business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade 12;
2. Valid Code 08 (EB) driver's license;
3. Minimum 2 years in a Key Account or similar role;
4. Fluent in English and Afrikaans beneficial;
5. Computer literate - MS Word and Excel;
6. Sales and negotiation abilities;
7. Clear and strong verbal and written communication skills & attention to detail;
8. Proactive and results orientated;
9. Must have high energy levels to work in a pressurised environment.
Salary starting at R15,000 per month, plus commission. Package includes company car, cellphone and laptop.
