We are in search of a highly passionate JUNIOR SOUS CHEF who shows true initiative and determination in pursuing his/her dream in the culinary arts. Our multi award winning head chef offers each brigade member the opportunity of rotating through the brigade to gain experience in ALL CULINARY DISCIPLINES. The production methods and culinary techniques used are very advanced and require a chefxe2x80x99s full attention and focus with an employment commitment of at least 2 years. REQUIREMENTS: Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification. Minimum 3-year experience within a 5* hotel or strict fine dining team. Ability to engineer and create individaul courses as needed and run your own section Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests at the open island counter when cooking. Must be PASSIONATE about food, know your basics, display a positive attitude and truely excited about your cheffing career and goals.
