Rent2Rent is a new kind of property business -- we lease properties directly from owners and manage the tenants ourselves.
We're not estate agents. We're professional landlords.
Our mission is to harmonise the relationship between landlords and tenants, making property investment
safe, fair, and accessible for everyone.
This is an early-stage company, built around a simple idea: take responsibility, not commission.
We manage. We maintain. We pay.
The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on, trustworthy, and energetic person
who wants to
break into real estate
from the ground up -- not just as an agent, but as part of a team building something new.
You'll help with a bit of everything:
Visiting and assessing properties
Helping manage tenants and viewings
Coordinating maintenance or inspections
Supporting landlords and owners
Assisting with admin and marketing tasks
Taking initiative and spotting opportunities
It's
not a 9-5 job
-- it's more like a start-up apprenticeship for someone who's serious about learning the property business the right way.
What We're Offering
A
small starting stipend / allowance
(this is early-stage, so not big money yet)
A chance to
grow with the business
and potentially earn a
stake
as the company scales
Flexible working: mostly remote with some site visits
A
close, high-trust environment
where initiative and integrity matter more than experience
Real hands-on experience across property, management, and investment
What We're Looking For
Impeccable integrity and reliability
A curious, optimistic, can-do attitude
A genuine interest in property, housing, or entrepreneurship
Someone who enjoys learning and figuring things out
Good communication skills (English + local languages a bonus)
Must have
own vehicle and driver's licence
Basic tech skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, etc.)
Previous experience in property rentals, estate agencies, or tenant management is welcome -- but not essential.
