Job Description
Role:
Diagnose issues on our
mobile apps (Android/iOS)
andwebsite
.Handle user support, reproduce problems, gather logs, do basic checks, and escalate clearly to Senior dev team.
Candidate will:
Triage & resolve support tickets (email/chat/phone). Reproduce issues on Android/iOS and web (browsers/devices).
write PHP fixes and
MySQLqueries (read/write).
File clear Jira tickets and update the knowledge base.
Must-haves:
PHP/MySQL familiarity. Mobile settings know-how (permissions, battery/data, notifications, network). Web basics.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R7500,00 - R10000,00 per month
License/Certification:
Drivers License (Required)
Work Location: In person
