South Beach Hotel, a boutique hotel situated in Camps Bay, offers award winning 5-star luxury accommodation and are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Junior Duty Manager to join the team.
This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.
Main Duties / Responsibilities but limited to:
MUST HAVE A GREAT VIBE - chatty and approachable for guests and colleagues Meet & Greet of guests Handle enquiries via telephone & email Provide quotations for reservations Arrange airport transfers Ensuring that guest and staff satisfaction is maintained Be the point of contact for guests and anticipate and cater for their needs Assist guests with concierge duties, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, tourist attractions Ensure the pool area is attended to Arrivals & departure procedures Deal with guest complaints or escalate if & when required
Profile:
Previous experience in a guest / service environment Interpersonal skills and is able to work great in a team Strong English verbal and written communication skills Great problem solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Well groomed Presentable Well spoken Excellent verbal & written skills Warm & engaging personality
