Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure that outstanding service is provided to BMG IT customers. Work with users and manager to determine appropriate ERP system configuration. Provide maintenance and support for relational and ERP database. Design, maintain, and write reports for management and users. Evaluating BMG business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and then developing and implementing solutions. Periodically lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform business requirement analysis. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Document and communicate the results of your investigations/work. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Providing training and coaching to users.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Kerridge and/or other ERP systems. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. A bachelor's degree in business or IT related field or Diploma preferable. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Good Telephone & Email communication skills. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
