Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and menu pairings.
Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and stock levels at all times.
Support management with bar inventory and stock control.
Ensure all bar and coffee stations are fully set up and ready for service.
Uphold the highest standards of presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Barman, preferably in a fine dining or luxury establishment.
Must be able to travel to and from Stellenbosch for late shifts.
Passion for hospitality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional, well-presented, and comfortable engaging with a sophisticated clientele.
Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
Self-disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented.
Basic computer literacy and administrative ability.
