Position: Jnr Marketing Manager
Location: Waterkant, Cape Town
Reports to: Director
Job Overview:
As the Jnr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, results-driven marketing strategies to elevate brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and support sales performance. This role requires a hands-on marketing expert who thrives in a dynamic real estate environment and brings a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, digital savvy, and team leadership.
Minimum Qualification Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • At least 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the housing market and consumer behavior.
  • Proven campaign and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social, email, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • CRM and CMS proficiency.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance regulations (PPRA & FIC).
Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and cost control.
  • Present regular performance and progress reports to management.
Campaign Management
  • Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, adverts, websites, video, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-led optimizations.
Brand & Content Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Shape brand narratives that effectively communicate our unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling content.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
  • Partner with the sales team to drive qualified leads and support property sales.
  • Develop and maintain tools that empower the sales process (pitch decks, templates, etc.).
  • Coordinate promotional events, property viewings, and open houses.
Digital Marketing Oversight
  • Lead digital initiatives including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee company website performance, ensuring properties and agents are well showcased.
  • Track digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal departments, agents, and leadership to support campaign roll-outs.
  • Build strong relationships with media houses, agencies, and strategic partners for brand amplification.
