Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for driving efficient IT operations across our stores.
What You'll Do
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and manage
new store openings
, ensuring all IT-related elements are delivered on time and within budget. Support and assist instore revamps, shows, and IT infrastructure updates
. Overseeservice delivery management
-- tracking vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and strengthening partner relationships. Manageprocurement, invoicing, and stock assignments
, ensuring all administrative tasks are processed accurately and timeously. Coordinate and testnew hardware and software solutions
, ensuring they meet operational requirements before rollout. SupportVodacom APN management
, including user allocation, usage monitoring, and reporting. Upholdinformation security standards
and ensure compliance with company policies.What You'll Need
A
relevant IT qualification
or equivalent work experience. Proven experience inproject coordination, IT administration, or service delivery management
. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
