Were looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

What Youll Do
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and manage new store openings, ensuring all IT-related elements are delivered on time and within budget.
Support and assist in store revamps, shows, and IT infrastructure updates.
Oversee service delivery management tracking vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and strengthening partner relationships.
Manage procurement, invoicing, and stock assignments, ensuring all administrative tasks are processed accurately and timeously.
Coordinate and test new hardware and software solutions, ensuring they meet operational requirements before rollout.
Support Vodacom APN management, including user allocation, usage monitoring, and reporting.
Uphold information security standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
What Youll Need
A relevant IT qualification or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in project coordination, IT administration, or service delivery management.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
