Job Description

CODE has an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator maternity cover contract for 5 months.
If you have a passion for fashion, this role requires a solid understanding of Google Ads campaign management. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, promoting company products and driving prospects to conversions. The role requires the ability to translate business goals into successful digital marketing campaigns and promote the campaigns online.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary degree/diploma in Digital Marketing.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, with strong paid media & website management.
  • In-depth knowledge of website maintenance, social media platforms, and digital paid media.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CMS (Shopify), and email platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and its role
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
  • Experience in managing & understanding paid media campaigns
  • Experience in reporting & data analysis (website Metrics, online sales, paid media metrics)
  • Experience in managing/updating front-end website changes
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Exceptional English communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support with day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Ensure all paid media execution falls in line with the larger digital marketing strategy
  • Updating campaign focus and bids in line with weekly price changes
  • Researching and identifying external and internal opportunities to further drive sales.
  • Oversee product inflows, implement website visuals, analyze sales, and collaborate to optimize our online store.
  • Execute and rigorously track all digital campaigns (social media, Google, YouTube, email, SMS). Optimize activities for ROI and report performance to stakeholders.
  • Translate data into insights to guide marketing decisions and forecast performance.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and A/B tests for paid media to drive ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Ensure prompt, brand-appropriate responses to customer queries when needed.
  • Manage the full content workflow, from briefs to final sign-off for website updates
  • Map and analyze the full customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-purchase, to identify drop-offs and optimize touchpoints.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, content, and development teams to improve website usability and drive conversion.
  • Act as a key interface internally and externally, building strong relationships and leading negotiations with service providers.
