We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT & InfoSec Support Associate to support our Corporate IT and Information Security functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to gain hands-on experience across modern enterprise technologies, security operations, and AI-driven automation tools.


You'll work closely with senior IT and InfoSec professionals to ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems across the organisation. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional service and maintain robust security standards.



Key Responsibilities:



IT System Administration



Assist with user account provisioning, licence management, and access permissions using Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. Support configuration and troubleshooting of Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. Help monitor and maintain M365 security and compliance settings, leveraging automation where possible.

Regional Desktop & End-User Support



Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across the South African region. Assist with device setup for onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and user equipment using automated tracking tools.

Security & Compliance Support



Monitor security tools including endpoint protection, SIEM alerts, and vulnerability scans. Assist in documenting and tracking security incidents and remediation efforts. Support internal security awareness campaigns and compliance initiatives aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC2.

Content Creation & Documentation



Draft internal IT guides, FAQs, and training materials for end-users. Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures. Communicate IT and security updates clearly and effectively across the business. 5. General Administration Assist with vendor coordination, software renewals, and purchasing activities. Provide administrative support for InfoSec reviews, audits, and reporting cycles.

Your Story:





Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience. 1 year + of relevant IT support or security experience. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS administration. Interest or foundational knowledge in cybersecurity principles and frameworks. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and grow in IT and cybersecurity. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
