IT - ERP SYSTEMS RISK AND SUPPORT
KZN - PMB
Ensuring all applicable company processing is performed within the ERP systems, by the originating employee, as close to the time of that event.
Additionally, providing support and training to all company employees who use the ERP systems.
- Provide frontline ERP support via helpdesk, phone, and remote tools (TeamViewer/Skype).
- Resolve user queries, escalate issues to KOTRAK, and follow up until closure.
- Perform daily system checks, correct documents, and ensure accurate processing.
- Maintain ERP structure, user accounts, permissions, and company configuration.
- Administer product/item codes and manage recipe updates.
- Monitor SSRS reports and drive resolution of system discrepancies.
- Support risk control by identifying and correcting process gaps.
- Training of company employees on the effective use and management of the ERP systems
- Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Proven previous administration experience essential, with a working knowledge of accounting.
