Hiring: Cloud Systems Adminstrator and Support Technician (Rosebank)Job Summary:We are looking for an intermediate-level Cloud Sysadmin to join our team. This role involves managing cloud environments, enhancing network security, and supporting security systems. You'll assist with end-user support, backups, monitoring, and alerts while gaining valuable exposure to cybersecurity and virtual infrastructure. Experience with tools like Mimecast, FortiGate, Fortinet, Linux, Windows Server, and security tools like PIM, LAPS, and Microsoft Defender is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage Azure AD and Microsoft Intune environments.Support cloud network infrastructure and security.Implement cloud security policies and solutions.Monitor security systems (e.g., Mimecast, Defender for Endpoint).Provide support for Linux and Windows Server environments.Assist with PIM and LAPS.Support SharePoint site administration and user access.Configure and monitor Windows Defender for Cloud and endpoint security.Collaborate with IT teams on security and compliance.Provide internal IT user support.Required Experience:Experience with Azure Active Directory (AD).Experience with Windows Server.Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.Basic knowledge of cloud networking and security.Beneficial Skills:Experience with Mimecast, FortiGate, and Fortinet.Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.Understanding of PIM and LAPS.Experience with Jira and SharePoint.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud and endpoint.Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel.Proficiency in KQL.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateCompTIA Network+CompTIA Security+
