What will you do?
MiWay attributes its success to the quality of its management team in developing a world-class organization. To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking an Internal Account Team Leader in our iRefer department.
As the Internal Account Team Leader, you will manage relationships with all internal partners across Sales, Client Services, Claims and lead generation partners. You will also be expected to drive and manage lead generation and report across all internal departments.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify and initiate contact with new key stakeholders across the business at various levels.
Manage and implement reporting of referrals and sales per department
Manage inquiries and requests from various internal stakeholders Report and manage incentive payments on successful referrals.
Requirements of this role:
Qualification
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF4
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services
Minimum 3 years' experience working with various business partners
Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales environment
Objectives for the role:
Prospecting to identify high-impact solutions to drive iRefer referrals.
Be the main point of contact in all matters relating to iRefer
Build and strengthen internal relationships to achieve referrals Drive incentive initiatives in specific departments according to budget and sales targets
Monitor sales and work with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans to ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of the departments business to identify opportunities for growth
