FAIS ( As per DOFA date)
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Team Manager in insurance
Minimum 3 years' experience in Short- term Insurance Industry
Requirements Excellent knowledge of Sales and processes
Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven Sales Track Record

Good attendance record is essential

Performance appraisals for sales agents
Coaching of sales agents
Ensuring that all sales budgets were met

Management of employees
