Summary

Afrilek Automation is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator & Administrator. This role will support the end-to-end sales process and acts as a key liaison between customers, sales, technical teams, and internal business units. The role ensures accurate and timely management of CRM-based sales activities, including quote preparation, purchase order processing, order confirmations, and pricing for standard and repeatable products. This role will be the first point of contact for customers, and will provide responsive product support, quote turnaround, order updates, and clear communication on pricing and fulfilment timelines. Must be proactive with following up on marketing and business development leads, managing SLA client engagement, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting sales reporting, pipeline management, and customer proposals to drive sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Job Types: Permanent, Internship

Pay: R8500,00 - R16500,00 per month
