This global giant is looking for an International Tax Manager to drive their business forward. This company specializes in the manufacturing and Agriculture industry with a focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly product offering and has a footprint across the African continent. :
- Tax Risk Mitigation
- Tax Compliance
- Dealing with Policies and procedures
- Oversee CFC returns and documentation.
- Monitor TP compliance across jurisdictions.
- Review TP documentation, identify risks, and assist in policy development.
- Review Mergers and Acquisition transactions
- Management of the Africa sector of the business( Across all areas in Africa)
- Tax Packs and reporting
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Qualified BCom in taxation is essential
- 5 to 8 years tax experience is preferred
- International Tax and transfer pricing experience is essential
- 3+ years proven managerial experience.
