Group International Tax Manager

A leading household brand in the manufacturing and consumer goods sector, renowned globally, is actively seeking an expert in International Tax and Transfer Pricing. Positioned at the forefront of industry innovation, this company has consistently grown and maintained market dominance. This role promises active involvement in the company's daily operations, offering substantial exposure to the industry. The ideal candidate should be assertive, and the role is based in Johannesburg North with full office-based responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a transfer pricing strategy
- Deal with international tax compliance
- Country-by-country reports
- Transfer pricing calculations and reviews
- Withholding tax calculations and compliance
- Deal with foreign tax authorities
- Provide assistance regarding Merger and Acquisition transactions
- Deal with Cross boarder transactions
- Review tax accounts for half year and year end reporting
- Completed BCom Accounting is essential
- Postgraduate in taxation is highly beneficial
- 4 - 5 years managerial experience is essential
- International and Transfer pricing experience is non-negotiable
- Manufacturing or Consumer goods industry experience is beneficial.
