Job Description

We are appointing an Internal Sales Consultant for a leading distributor of technologies such as Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control and IP Surveillance.
Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Would be required to communicate with customers in person, by phone or email and provide quotations in line with customers requirements.
xc2xb7 Stay up to date with company product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers.
xc2xb7 Would be required to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
xc2xb7 Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities.
xc2xb7 Would be responsible for the processing of orders for customers and ensuring its followed through to the point of completion.
xc2xb7 Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure.
Experience:
xc2xb7 Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
xc2xb7 Experience with a CRM system e.g. SAP.
xc2xb7 Experience in the IT/ICT Industry would be advantageous.
xc2xb7 Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (Advantageous).
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Grade 12/ Matric (Compulsory).
xc2xb7 CompTIA N+ Required or other Networking related qualification.
xc2xb7 Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma).
Soft Skills:
xc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
xc2xb7 Ability to communicate efficiently in Afrikaans is a must.
xc2xb7 Demonstrate strong work ethics.
xc2xb7 Show ability to communicate effectively.
xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal skills.
xc2xb7 Possess Problem-Solving skills.
xc2xb7 Must be a team player.
