Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
- Good Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Proficient in Pastel (essential)
- Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.
- Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Pastel to process quotes, invoices, or orders.
- Monthly sales targets achieved
- Number of daily calls made
- Average talk time and conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction feedback
