The School Governing Body of Pinelands North Primary School invites dedicated, qualified educators with experience to apply for the role of Intermediate/Senior Phase Educator and join our vibrant school community.
Minimum Requirements
B.Ed Degree with full qualification to teach in the Intermediate/Senior Phase Valid SACE registration (proof required) Police Clearance Certificate Sexual Offenders Register Clearance Child Protection Act Clearance Minimum of 5 years' experience teaching in the Intermediate/Senior Phase Knowledge of the CAPS curriculum and an inclusive education approach Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans Excellent digital literacy skills, with the ability to effectively integrate IT into teaching and learning Uphold the school's values and promote positive relationships within the diverse school community
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, assess, record and report on the applicable curriculum Teach Afrikaans in the Intermediate Phase Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports all learners Collaborate effectively within a dynamic teaching team Contribute to the broader life of the school through participation in academic, cultural and sporting activities * Ability to coach netball, hockey and/or swimming will be advantageous
