Kazang is looking for an experienced
Intermediate Product Manager
to help lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital products within our
Micro Merchant Division
. This role is ideal for someone with fintech experience, a strong technical mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned to business goals.
Conduct market and competitor research; define KPIs and performance metrics.
Manage and prioritize product roadmaps balancing short- and long-term objectives.

Product Development
Lead product lifecycle activities in Agile and Kanban environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations).
Leverage customer feedback and data to drive enhancements and optimize workflows.

Commercial & Business Impact
Support business case development, pricing strategy, and new revenue opportunities.
Contribute to payment systems integration and commercial discussions with partners.

Customer Experience
Champion the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Assist in onboarding flow design, user testing, and continuous app improvement.
###
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to align initiatives.
Mentor junior product team members and foster collaboration.

Process Optimization
Map and improve business processes; support risk management and automation initiatives.

Requirements
3-6 years
of product management experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
Experience in both
start-up and enterprise
environments.
Knowledge of
payment systems
, switching, PEDs, card schemes, APIs.
Exposure to
BPMN
and process engineering.
Strong analytical skills; experience with tools like
BigQuery, Looker Studio, Excel
.
Proficient in
Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro
, or similar tools.
Agile/iterative development experience; strong cross-functional collaboration.
