URGENT VACANCY
PRODUCT MANAGER – PIGS
KWAZULU NATAL
Accountable for the specifications of physical and nutritional products related to pigs, as well as addressing general nutritional aspects concerning these species. Act as a principle intermediate between the Company in SA’s nutritional and technical organization and the Formulations Department and the International Product Manager overseas
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Animal Husbandry
Possession of a valid code 08/EB driver’s license
SACNASP registration holder
5+ Yrs’ experience in a similar position in a Feed Milling environment
Knowledge in animal husbandry and nutrition
Knowledge and understanding of linear programming and least cost formulation is required
Understanding of HACCP and ISO 22 000 quality systems pref.
Travel and extended work hours from time to time.
