Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design tailor-made FIT and group itineraries
- Create detailed quotations aligned with client budgets
- Manage bookings, rooming lists, and supplier communication
- Liaise with agents throughout the booking cycle
- Ensure prompt follow-up and invoicing
- Handle urgent requests and travel emergencies
- Promote company offerings with professionalism and passion
- 5+ years experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Southern Africa travel destinations
- Relevant tourism qualification and Matric certificate
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work extended hours in peak periods
- Proactive, solution-oriented team player
