Senior Inbound Travel Consultant - CPT, Northern SuburbsOur client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Inbound Travel Consultant to join their energetic team based in Bellville, Western Cape! As a seasoned travel expert with a flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll play a vital role in crafting unforgettable journeys for our international clientele looking to explore Southern Africa.Position: Senior Inbound Travel ConsultantLocation: Bellville, Western CapeMinimum Qualifying Criteria:MatricMinimum 5+ years of experience in the inbound tourism industry, preferably in a travel consultancy or tour operating roleProven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and industry partnersIn-depth knowledge of South Africa's tourism products, services, and attractionsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstancesPassionate about travel, people, and delivering outstanding customer serviceComputer Skills:MS Office SuiteTour Plan NX SystemWETU SystemRoles and Responsibilities:Have good product knowledge and excellent geographical knowledge of Southern Africa.Good communication - internal and external with agents.Multitasking, being able to handle pressure and volume.Skilled in designing detailed quotes for itinerary requests and revised quotes.Preparing WETU Proposals when necessary.High conversion rates and reaching targets is essential.Quick turn-around times.Request rates, and negotiate on rates, where and when possible or required.Ensure rates are sent to the contract/systems team to load onto NX.Use preferred suppliers as per company policy.Be available to attend site inspections/fam trips, and educational or networking events.Operate all segments of tours within the set budget.Excellent time management and very good prioritizing ability.Important to plan carefully to meet deadlines.Create and manage provisional bookings for all suppliers.Be responsible for all aspects of the tours being run such as transport, accommodation, restaurants, etc.Consultant must make sure agent's information and tour information correspond.How to apply:Follow the link to our jobseeker's page - https://measuredability.com/jobs/Search fo the job title.Click apply to submit your CV.For more information please contact:Justin Govender
