Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
• Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, N+, MCSE) - highly desirable.
• 3-5 years proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management, SharePoint, Exchange
• Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining VoIP systems is essential.
• Strong understanding of IT networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/VoIP issues independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
• Ability to lead, guide, and support team members in IT-related tasks.
• Experience managing IT documentation, policies, and vendor relationships is an advantage.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and VoIP systems.
• Monitor and maintain all IT systems and networks to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, VoIP, and network issues.
• Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to internal and external end-users.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
• Perform and manage regular system backups and ensure effective disaster recovery procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement system upgrades when necessary.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and oversee inventory.
• Lead IT support initiatives and assist with implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate small IT projects and support junior team members.
• Ensure IT security and compliance with best practices in data protection and cybersecurity.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and manage support contracts.
