This role is eligible for the Corporate Office Dual Workplace Arrangement. This new way of work introduces a hybrid working model for Mediclinic Southern Africa (MCSA) Corporate Office employees. Eligible employees will be required to be in the office (25 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch) for two scheduled days a week and the other three days will be worked from home.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle within Mediclinic.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification for e.g. Prince2

DESIRED EDUCATION

• N/A

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 10 years working experience in an ICT environment, of which at least 5 years is project management related

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience within ICT Infrastructure, ICT Systems and ICT Operations projects

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Analytic and critical thinking skills
• Change management principles and applications
• Financial management skills
• Knowledge and exposure to Contract Management
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to Project Management
• Knowledge of Healthcare infrastructure
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, Systems and related frameworks
• Knowledge of Project Management principles
• Microsoft Office suit, including Microsoft Project
• Problem management skills
• Project management skills
• Sound knowledge ICT supply chain and SLA management
