Temp Programme Implementation Manager:
Social Infrastructure (Project Manager)
Mafikeng: 6 Months Contract: R29 100p/m + R8 368.01 p/m (car allowance)
Purpose:
To plan and manage implementation of multi-sectoral social infrastructure projects within the region
Requirements
Minimum of a National Diploma (Level 6) in the Built environment i.e. Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and construction management.
A formal qualification in project management
Registration with South African Council for Project management Professions (SACPCMP) as PrCMP/PrCM will be an added advantage
Candidate to be legible to be professionally registered within 12 months after appointment
An unendorsed Code EB (8) drivers licence or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of 4 years project / programme management experience preferably in the built environment
Competencies
Project management, Development facilitation, working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury SCM regulation, facilitation, working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury SCM regulation, CIDB regulation, occupational health, safety, environment and quality assurance, social structure (e.g. Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Energy) knowledge, social infrastructure development norms and standards, social infrastructure development approaches, methodologies, and tools
Skills
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency, analytical and interpretation skills, Meticulous, Problem solving, effective, effective communication, interpersonal, decision making, proposal and report writing, presentation and negotiation
