TEMP PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER TEMP PROGRAMME IMPLENTATION MANAGER: SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE REPORTING : SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE (PROJECT MANAGER) Mafikeng, North West 6 MONTHS CONTRACT PURPOSE : To plan and manage implementation of multi-sectoral social Infrastructure projects within the region. PROGRAMME MANAGER: SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE Qualifications Minimum of a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in the Built Environment i.e. Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction Management. Project Management Registration with South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PrCM / PrCMP will be an added advantage. Candidate to be legible to be professionally registered within 12 Months after appointment. An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent. Work Experience A minimum of 4 yearsxe2x80x99 project / programme management experience preferably in the built environment. Competencies Project management, Development facilitation, Working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury SCM regulation, CIDB regulation, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality assurance, Social infrastructure (e.g. Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Environment, Energy) knowledge, Social infrastructure development norms and standards, Social infrastructure development approaches, methodologies and tools. Skills Intermediate computer skills and proficiency, Analytical and interpretation skills, Meticulous, Problem solving, Effective communication, Interpersonal, Decision making, Proposal and report writing, Presentation and Negotiation. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Project Initiation, planning and design; Project Implementation Management, Project Integration and, Client and Stakeholder Management; Project Closure, Technical Support, Guidance and Advise and General Functions.
