Job Description


  • Employee attendance management.
  • Accurate processing of weekly and monthly salaries (including weekly labour cost reconciliations.)
  • Responsible for handling disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Compile company policies and regulations.
  • Organize team building and other events as required.
  • Oversee vehicle management.
  • Printer management: Maintenance.
  • Management of office stationery.
  • Board room and visitor management.
  • Manage and monitor office cleanliness and presentation.
  • Payment of rental and facilities expenses on ERP system.
  • Contribute to the development of governance and policies that will aid the growth of the business.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric). BCom in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills:
  • Chinese incumbent required to effectively liaise with holding company in China.
  • Good understanding of South African Labour laws and legislation.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity and communication skills.
  • Pro-active team player that can work independently.
