Human Capital Manager
Full-Time | R25 000 (Experience Dependent)
Mon-Fri: 08:00-17:00 | Standby until 20:00 for emergencies
We're looking for an experienced Human Capital Manager to join our team and lead our HR strategy, compliance, and development initiatives across the group. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional with strong legislative knowledge and a passion for building inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (minimum NQF Level 7)
? 3+ years' experience in group HR management
? Strong knowledge of labour legislation and COIDA/WCA
? Experience with Workplace Skills Plans & Employment Equity submissions
? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
? Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with numbers
? Comfortable engaging at all levels and managing multiple priorities
? Proficiency in HR systems and software
