This pivotal role focuses on HR compliance, recruitment, performance management, and shaping a strong, people-centered culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment, has a keen understanding of multi-country HR operations and regional labour laws, and is willing to travel across these regions as needed to support and engage with local teams
