Job Summary Duties and Responsibilities: Providing advice to Line Managers on all disciplinary and grievance issues. Overseeing the performance management process that occurs bi-yearly, providing support to managers in respect of goal setting and feedback sessions. Ensuring that probationary reviews are carried out for all new employees. Representing the Company at CCMA Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Employment Equity Submissions to Department of Labour WSP & ATR Reporting Maintaining HR Compliance Coordinate the interviewing, screening, recruitment and appointment of new staff Identify, manage and coordinate the delivery of training and development programmes Assist in developing a training strategy for the company. Completion of payroll documentation for processing Ensure that all new staff have been inducted and have been successfully onboarded. Loading IODs onto the Compensation Fund System Ensure that there are job descriptions in place for all employees. Compiling information for the Management report Assist with BBBEE requirements in terms of HR HR Administration Maintaining Employee Personnel Files Skills, Experience & Qualifications required: Degree in Human Resources Management Familiar with legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA) 3-5 years experience in a generalist position, including dealing with labour relations. Own vehicle and valid drivers license Must have experience in a unionised environment Microsoft Office Proficient (Intermediate) Excellent communication both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
