leadership role
, not a coordinator role. You'll be responsible for building and running our people function end-to-end.
What You'll Own
End-to-end hiring across all roles (Google Ads, CRO, Landing Pages, Operations, etc.)
Conducting and leading interviews (role-fit, technical where applicable, and culture)
Managing and improving the current HR & recruiting team
Building hiring structure: scorecards, SOPs, interview frameworks
Ensuring we hire
high performers
, not just good CVs
Working closely with senior leadership and operations to scale responsibly
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in
HR / Recruitment / People Operations
Experience hiring for
agencies or performance marketing teams
Comfortable interviewing
Google Ads, marketing, and technical roles
Proven ability to
lead interviews
, not just schedule them
High standards, strong judgment, and confidence pushing back when needed
Organized, structured, and documentation-driven
Experience managing remote teams is a big plus
